Elżbieta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. Thesis prepared and defended under the direction of dr. Wiesław Opalski, in the Department of Commercial Law at Warsaw University. For many years she worked  for the Law Office of Marta Szymanek and then for The Law Office of Robert Marciniak and Marta Szymanek . Elżbieta became a fully accredited attorney in 2011.

Attorney, Katarzyna Pawłowska – partner

Specialist in competition law and consumer protection. Katarzyna has extensive experience in legal consultation on unjust contracts. Conducting proceedings before the President of the OCCP and the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection. Best Practices for the protection of consumer property rights Katarzyna has won both by working with developers, as well as counsel provided to individual consumers. The experience gained in the United States allows her to service foreign clients and handle matters of an international nature. Katarzyna also has extensive experience in estate and probate law.

Katarzyna  graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2006. Thesis prepared under the supervision of Prof. Judge of the Constitutional Court Mirosław Wyrzykowski, and defended at the Department of Constitutional Law at the University of Warsaw. Since 2001, working for The Law Office of Marta Szymanek and then for The Law Office of Robert Marciniak and Marta Szymanek. Katarzyna also completed postgraduate studies of Real Estate and Administration of Estates – Faculty of Real Estate. Katarzyna became a fully accredited attorney in 2011.
